Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or community marketing.
- Experience in B2B software or healthcare industries preferred.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Demonstrated ability to take marketing programs from concept through to launch.
- Strong project management capabilities for multi-workstream and vendor management.
- Experience producing or coordinating video content production.
- Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Sound editorial judgment and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using engagement data to evaluate and iterate on performance.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and write communications regarding new features, offerings, and product updates for clinic partners.
- Build and maintain a customer case study program featuring measurable results and clinic interviews.
- Lead engagement programs including recognition and rewards for the clinic community.
- Create pet parent educational content, managing the entire lifecycle from scripting to production.
- Collaborate with Product teams to integrate educational resources directly into Vetcove platforms.
- Develop and maintain scalable content processes, playbooks, and resource libraries.
- Support the Vetcove brand presence across social media, website, and external announcements.
- Analyze engagement data and customer feedback to optimize marketing initiatives and communications.
