Requirements
- Mature and personal Christian faith.
- Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in nonprofit fundraising including major gift pipeline development.
- 2+ years of direct supervisory experience, including performance management and team coaching.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of project implementation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with Raiser's Edge NXT preferred.
- Experience with HubSpot preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff including monitoring daily activities, tracking performance, and fostering a Christian work environment.
- Co-develop and implement integrated advancement strategies including church engagement and donor acquisition.
- Lead cross-functional advancement initiatives from ideation through implementation with clear accountability structures.
- Monitor and support regional offices in achieving quarterly and annual fundraising and pipeline goals.
- Provide training and support in CRM tools like HubSpot and Raiser's Edge NXT to manage donor pipelines.
- Champion and project manage the adoption and execution of national campaigns across assigned offices.
- Coach local fundraising staff on sales processes, pitch development, and partner care strategies.
