Job Details

Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience implementing a variety of technical projects and programs.
Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Jellyfish).
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with financial tracking tools.
Experience partnering and working with senior and executive leadership.
Ability to analyze data and track performance metrics to drive insights.
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Preferred: PMP certification.
Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies.
Preferred: Experience with Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.
Preferred: Background in SaaS platforms and products.

Assist in planning and managing product development programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support financial planning processes, including budget tracking and expenditure forecasting.
Identify and implement process improvements and standardization across product development teams.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects to meet objectives and timelines.
Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes and track key performance indicators.
Develop training materials and resources to educate stakeholders on product processes and initiatives.
Coordinate program release plans and facilitate readiness for seasonal launches.
Manage interdependencies between programs to ensure synchronized execution on milestones.
