Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience implementing a variety of technical projects and programs.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Jellyfish).
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with financial tracking tools.
- Experience partnering and working with senior and executive leadership.
- Ability to analyze data and track performance metrics to drive insights.
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Preferred: PMP certification.
- Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Preferred: Experience with Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.
- Preferred: Background in SaaS platforms and products.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing product development programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support financial planning processes, including budget tracking and expenditure forecasting.
- Identify and implement process improvements and standardization across product development teams.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects to meet objectives and timelines.
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes and track key performance indicators.
- Develop training materials and resources to educate stakeholders on product processes and initiatives.
- Coordinate program release plans and facilitate readiness for seasonal launches.
- Manage interdependencies between programs to ensure synchronized execution on milestones.
