Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience implementing a variety of technical projects and programs.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Jellyfish).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and financial tracking software.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and drive actionable insights.
- Proven experience partnering with senior and executive leadership in cross-functional environments.
- Strong ability to influence without direct authority and work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes and programs simultaneously.
- Preferred: Professional certification in project/program management (PMP).
- Preferred: Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Preferred: Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Preferred: Background in SaaS platforms and products.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing product development programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support financial planning, including tracking budgets and forecasting expenditures.
- Identify and implement process optimizations and standardization initiatives across product development teams.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects to ensure objectives and timelines are met.
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes for key performance indicators and goals.
- Develop training materials and presentations to educate internal stakeholders on processes and strategy.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to enable roadmap delivery excellence.
- Manage program release plans and coordinate readiness for seasonal launches.
