Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience on developer-facing, infrastructure, security, or similarly technical products.
- Demonstrated experience building agent tools, coding agents, agent frameworks, MCP servers, or eval systems.
- Deep understanding of CI processes: builds, tests, caches, runners, artifacts, and merge gates.
- Experience taking a technical product from an early idea through launch and iteration.
- Strong judgment in product scope management to avoid over-engineering.
- Comfort working within a deeply technical engineering team and navigating complex design tradeoffs.
- Ability to communicate directly with developers and assess adoption potential.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Experience operating independently in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the new AI CI/CD product.
- Drive 0-1 product work, including product-market fit, tradeoffs, and early user engagement.
- Research real-world agentic software development workflows and developer pain points.
- Manage design partner relationships to gather feedback and inform product priorities.
- Drive product adoption through effective developer experience and configuration strategy.
- Lead product launch efforts, including positioning, naming, documentation, and pricing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Experience, and Marketing teams.
