Job Details

Project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
Demonstrated ability to deliver impact on key product and business metrics.
Strategic and systematic thinker with a hypothesis-driven approach to experimentation.
Strong communication skills for audiences ranging from engineering to executive leadership.
Experience owning cross-functional efforts to drive company-level outcomes.
Ability to diagnose problems and adjust roadmaps based on data.
Experience shipping an LLM-powered product to general availability (strongly preferred).
Familiarity with developer-facing or platform products like APIs and app-directory ecosystems (preferred).
Background in creative tools, stock media, or subscription products (preferred).

Own the roadmap for The Lab, translating search quality and distribution questions into prioritized plans.
Define and track key metrics for AI product quality while iterating based on performance signals.
Partner with engineering, data science, design, research, and PMM to align on and achieve OKRs.
Drive experimentation at scale by designing pre/post and A/B tests using tools like Statsig, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, or Amplitude.
Utilize qualitative research, including customer interviews and usability studies, to inform product direction.
Navigate complex product launches requiring legal review and third-party platform approval.
Analyze AI interaction costs to inform packaging, pricing, and overall product strategy.
