Requirements
- 5+ years owning product strategy and execution for a technical product.
- Hands-on experience working with engineering teams to make technical tradeoff calls.
- Proven experience putting LLM-based systems into production.
- Experience managing the technical lifecycle including evals, regressions, latency, cost, and failure-handling.
- Ability to explain and choose between different technical architectures or approaches.
- Ability to reason through business impact versus technical elegance.
- Experience with early-stage startup environments.
- Familiarity with the following tech stack: TypeScript (Nest.js, React), GraphQL, AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda), and LLM models (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini).
Responsibilities
- Own the agentic/conversational front end, including chatbots, voicebots, and computer-use agents.
- Manage backend workflow automation for document validation, record disputes, and transaction orchestration with external insurance carrier systems.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and define the product roadmap based on business impact.
- Partner with OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and automation workflows.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to make technical tradeoff calls regarding latency, cost, and system architecture.
