Requirements
- 5+ years in a Product Management role with a focus on conversion rate optimization, growth, or performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests on landing pages or on-site funnels.
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition mechanics, Quality Score, and channel economics.
- Ability to define statistical significance, sample sizing, and identify experiment pitfalls.
- Proven track record of writing clear product specs and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Looker.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree; quantitative, engineering, or business background preferred.
- Bias for launching tests quickly and operating in a high-iteration environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and prioritize a rolling backlog of CRO and landing page experiments across all financial verticals.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to build and refine landing pages.
- Define hypotheses, success metrics, and minimum detectable effects for A/B tests.
- Track and own KPIs across the paid funnel to identify high-leverage drop-off points.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, BI, and SEM teams on implementation and campaign alignment.
- Build and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into experiment status and conversion trends.
- Partner with BI to improve conversion data quality and feed results into ad bidding signals.
- Synthesize user insights from session recordings and heatmaps to generate testable hypotheses.
