Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or complex technical environments.
- Demonstrable track record of delivering measurable outcomes such as cost reduction, revenue, or market access.
- Deep domain knowledge in accounts payable, B2B payments, card issuance, or accounting systems.
- Technical fluency to reason about systems, data models, integrations, and fund flows with engineers.
- Active, daily usage of AI tools and LLMs for PM workflows.
- Experience managing high cross-functional surface area and stakeholder dependencies.
- Analytical self-sufficiency using data tools like SQL, Pendo, Omni, or Snowflake.
- Strong written communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
- Capacity to operate with autonomy in ambiguous, complex domains.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and vision for Vendor Spend, defining clear success metrics such as adoption and fraud reduction.
- Expand payment methods including ACH, checks, card payments, and international transactions to achieve straight-through processing.
- Lead the development of new spend and virtual card issuance capabilities for invoice payments.
- Partner with banking infrastructure and accounting teams to ensure accurate fund flows, reconciliation, and payment rail reliability.
- Ensure compliance, fraud protection, and accurate tax reporting (1099) within payment workflows.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and prioritize demands from Sales, Finance, Legal, and Risk teams.
- Utilize AI tools for analysis, coding, and workflow acceleration.
