Requirements
- Strong intuition for player psychology and incentive design.
- Deeply analytical skills, including ability to perform cohort analysis independently.
- AI-native mindset with experience using AI for querying, analysis, and automation.
- High output capacity with sound judgment on testing priorities.
- Bias for action and hands-on execution (writing queries, running campaigns, writing specs).
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments without an existing playbook.
- Experience in gambling, gaming, fintech, or consumer marketplaces is a plus.
- Background as a Growth PM, product-minded Data Scientist, or consultant.
Responsibilities
- Own retention and monetization as a growth loop, setting targets and driving performance metrics.
- Develop and evolve the player segmentation framework.
- Build an AI-native growth stack using agents and automated pipelines for lifecycle campaigns.
- Design and ship targeted player offers such as reload bonuses, lossback, and win-back sequences.
- Analyze data warehouse and on-chain data to identify patterns for new campaigns.
- Expand player signals including on-chain activity, social linking, and status-match programs.
- Partner with engineering and design to build repeatable product surfaces for growth.
