Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS.
- Proven experience developing and managing healthcare technology products.
- Deep understanding of EHR data integration and standards (FHIR, QRDA, CCDA, SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-10, CPT, RxNorm).
- Knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical datasets.
- Experience with clinical data pipelines, patient record linkage, and interoperability.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience querying large healthcare datasets using PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Databricks, Spark SQL, and Delta Lake.
- Experience applying NLP and/or machine learning to extract structured insights from unstructured data.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy for platforms that ingest, standardize, and serve structured and unstructured clinical data.
- Develop short- and long-term product roadmaps that maximize value while managing technical and operational risk.
- Write detailed user stories capturing business rationale, functional requirements, and success criteria.
- Collaborate with engineers, data analysts, and clinical informaticists throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Identify and productionize AI/ML solutions to extract clinical insights from unstructured data.
- Optimize live user workflows and platform capabilities using performance metrics and user feedback.
- Support the expansion of clinical data ingestion, normalization, and interoperability capabilities.
