Requirements
- 7+ years as a TPM, technical product manager, or equivalent experience.
- Substantial experience owning infrastructure, platform, or developer experience.
- Proven ability managing a multi-team backlog, intake, and roadmap with an established planning cadence.
- Technically fluent to partner with senior/staff engineers on compute infra, CI/CD, data stores, and networking.
- Experience influencing platform adoption across multiple teams without direct reporting lines.
- Ability to operate with crisp scope and clear project definition.
- Experience working in market-hours-sensitive or regulated production environments.
- Proficiency in using AI and automation to reduce program toil.
Responsibilities
- Own infrastructure as a product, defining and evolving a platform maturity model.
- Build the rails for monthly delivery by managing the central backlog, intake, and roadmap.
- Drive platform maturity with the goal of 24/7 deployability and eliminating maintenance windows.
- Manage cost attribution and efficiency in partnership with infrastructure engineering and Finance.
- Raise CI/CD and developer-platform adoption by partnering with DevOps and Platform teams.
- Ensure infrastructure is portable to support global scale and new market expansion.
