Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with technical, infrastructure-focused, or cybersecurity products
- Direct experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity & Access Management (IAM), or Secure Remote Access
- Strong understanding of least privilege, credential management, secrets lifecycle, and just-in-time access
- Strong technical fluency with APIs, SDKs, command-line tools, authentication patterns, and enterprise integrations
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, and DevOps environments
- Ability to work effectively with engineers on architecture, requirements, and technical tradeoffs
- Experience defining and delivering complex, integration-heavy or developer-focused product capabilities
- Strong customer discovery, market analysis, and product prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Agile environments using metrics to drive prioritization and execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Shape product strategy and roadmap priorities across the broader KeeperPAM portfolio
- Identify and evaluate opportunities spanning secrets management, secure remote access, endpoint privilege management, discovery, and machine identity
- Develop a deep understanding of privileged access workflows across IT, Security, DevOps, infrastructure, and enterprise customers
- Translate complex technical needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with Engineering on APIs, SDKs, authentication flows, connection protocols, and platform architecture
- Define and track product success metrics including adoption, usage, and customer impact
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support successful product launches and go-to-market execution
