Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Technical Product Owner/Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Expertise in API design.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and data management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with tools like Jira or Trello.
- Ability to think critically and address challenges with innovative solutions.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for capabilities, enhancements, and platform evolution.
- Balance business priorities, technical feasibility, customer demand, and operational needs.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement by assessing current-state processes and identifying maturity gaps.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders regarding product features and architecture.
- Manage product communications including release notes and customer feedback.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and team capacity.
- Partner with scrum master and engineering leaders to define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
