Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience with reporting, analytics, or data-driven products.
- Fluency in financial outcomes and KPIs in non-acute or specialty healthcare.
- Working knowledge of modern data architecture including ELT/ETL pipelines and the medallion model.
- Proficiency in SQL (SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, GROUP BY, HAVING, ORDER BY).
- Solid grasp of relational database fundamentals (tables, keys, relationships, normalization).
- Hands-on experience implementing agentic AI product workflows with human approval checkpoints.
- Proven track record of adopting and leveraging AI in daily operations.
- Demonstrated ability to author crisp product requirements and lead engineering refinement.
- Experience running rapid, actionable client discovery.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for reporting, analytics, and AI-driven insights.
- Partner with Data Engineering to translate data architecture vision into a product roadmap.
- Drive continuous, structured discovery with healthcare providers and revenue cycle leaders to validate needs.
- Author clear, crisp product requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Define, track, and report on financial and clinical KPIs for non-acute healthcare.
- Partner with commercial teams on positioning, packaging, and launch strategies.
