Requirements
- 15 years of experience in benefits/total rewards.
- Deep U.S. health and welfare expertise.
- Working knowledge of UK and Ireland benefits and regulatory requirements.
- Experience within a large professional services organization.
- Strong financial acumen, including cost modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proven experience managing complex, global programs and vendor relationships.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-change environment (private equity preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- CEBS, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global benefits strategy with primary ownership of U.S. health and welfare programs.
- Design and optimize benefits, including medical, pension, and risk benefits, across the U.S., UK, and Ireland.
- Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and RFPs to optimize performance and cost outcomes.
- Partner with Finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis for benefits programs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions, including ACA, ERISA, and UK/Irish pension regulations.
- Lead and develop a team to support benefits operations and shared services.
- Establish governance, reporting, and KPIs to monitor performance and drive accountability.
