Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience leading complex SaaS implementation projects.
- 3+ years of experience leading core systems transformations.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working in the P&C space.
- 2+ years of experience working at a scaling startup.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and setting expectations.
- Proven ability to stay organized while adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-pressure situations with a solutions-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with industry standard project management platforms and tooling.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of BriteCore’s platform, ensuring alignment with accelerated 4-8 month project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Act as the key point of contact for large customers, managing relationships, expectations, and scope to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including implementation analysts, engineering, and QA to define business requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Optimize implementation processes to reduce costs and timelines while ensuring high-quality results.
- Report project status and insights to internal and external executives.
- Manage and mitigate project risks, documenting outcomes and action items clearly.
- Travel domestically for overnight meetings up to 20% of the time.
