Requirements

  • 5 to 8+ years managing technical IT projects end to end in a fast-paced enterprise or high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership of full lifecycle delivery, including procurement stages like sourcing and vendor onboarding.
  • Hands-on experience delivering SaaS platform rollouts and system integrations (SSO, SAML, automated provisioning, API/middleware, data migration).
  • Working knowledge of procurement mechanics (quotes, SOWs, POs, renewals, vendor onboarding, third-party security reviews).
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project execution and documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and hold peers accountable across organizational boundaries.
  • Demonstrated success diagnosing and fixing broken process handoffs.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate technical detail into executive summaries.
  • AI-native working style with the ability to use AI tools for research, drafting, and project tracking.
  • PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or high-growth technology companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery for assigned technical projects, serving as the single accountable coordination point across Procurement, Systems Engineering, IT Security Engineering, and the requesting business unit.
  • Drive the procurement-to-deployment lifecycle as one continuous project: partner with Procurement on sourcing, quotes, purchase orders, and contract milestones, then carry the same effort through build, configuration, testing, and rollout.
  • Manage SaaS application deployments and system integrations, including requirements definition, vendor implementation coordination, identity and provisioning setup, data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live.
  • Define and enforce handoff criteria between intake, design, procurement, build, and deployment stages.
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and dependency maps in Jira and Confluence.
  • Own stakeholder communication for the full project lifecycle, including kickoff, status reporting, escalations, and post-deployment follow-up.
  • Manage risk, issue resolution, and change control with limited direction.
  • Improve the delivery system by contributing intake criteria, templates, and lifecycle automation.
