Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience leading digital projects/programs.
- Minimum 2 years of agency or consultancy experience (5+ years preferred).
- Deep expertise in digital transformation initiatives including CMS, CRM, CDP, Sitecore, and Salesforce.
- Proficiency with advanced project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- Expert-level knowledge of PM tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
- Proven experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong financial acumen to estimate and optimize project profitability.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead one large, complex project or multiple mid-size complex projects simultaneously.
- Consult on delivery strategies, frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Create and manage detailed project plans accounting for scope, risks, and dependencies.
- Manage project budgets, monitor burn and velocity, and report on margin performance.
- Identify project risks and build mitigation plans using a RAID log.
- Serve as primary client contact to manage status, risks, and deliverables.
- Manage project scope and handle change orders as needed.
- Lead globally distributed cross-functional teams and manage resourcing.
- Mentor junior program managers and team members.
