- Lead large end-to-end implementations of BriteCore’s platform, targeting 4–8-month timelines and meeting budget constraints.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the largest customers, managing relationships, expectations, and project scope.
- Coordinate with Implementation Analysts, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver outcomes.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, communication, and resource coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Improve implementation processes to shorten timelines, lower costs, and produce deliverables.
- Provide progress updates and reports to executive stakeholders at BriteCore and customer organizations.
- Allocate resources, track effort, meet milestones, and forecast project needs.
- Facilitate meetings and document decisions, action items, and accountability.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
