Requirements
- 6–12+ years in CPG or product management.
- 3+ years leading PMs or cross-functional product teams.
- Deep experience building SaaS analytics platforms, data products, or BI solutions.
- Strong CPG industry knowledge regarding brands, brokers, and retailers.
- Proven ability to set strategy and operate hands-on.
- Experience shipping AI/ML-powered capabilities such as NLP or workflow automation.
- Strong technical acumen including data pipelines, APIs, Snowflake, and GCP.
- Excellent communication skills from boardroom to backlog.
- Experience with Agile tools and practices such as Jira and Pendo.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the vision and roadmap for SPINS Intelligence and Portal.
- Lead AI, NLP, and automation initiatives to create client value.
- Write stories, define acceptance criteria, triage client issues, and review sprint deliverables.
- Partner with Engineering, Data, Design, Commercial, and Finance to ship products.
- Mentor and develop product managers while establishing operating rhythms.
- Engage with brand, broker, and retailer clients to understand workflows.
- Manage product KPIs, revenue contribution, COGS, and capacity planning.
