Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project management, implementation management, or program delivery within a customer-facing technology environment.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS, software implementation, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments across multiple teams and seniority levels.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, timelines, budgets, and competing priorities.
- Experience working closely with technical, product, and engineering teams.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across time zones and distributed teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certifications are highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise government implementation projects from contract signature through go-live and post-implementation support.
- Own project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and implementation roadmaps.
- Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
- Act as the primary delivery contact for government customers and strategic partners.
- Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive levels.
- Facilitate governance meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Technical teams to translate customer requirements into actionable delivery plans.
- Drive customer readiness activities including stakeholder alignment, process redesign support, training coordination, and end-user adoption.
