Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, implementation management, or program delivery within a customer-facing technology environment.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS, software implementation, or digital transformation projects.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments across multiple teams and seniority levels.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project risks, timelines, budgets, and competing priorities.
  • Experience working closely with technical, product, and engineering teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across time zones and distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise government implementation projects from contract signature through go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Own project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and implementation roadmaps.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
  • Act as the primary delivery contact for government customers and strategic partners.
  • Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive levels.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Technical teams to translate customer requirements into actionable delivery plans.
  • Drive customer readiness activities including stakeholder alignment, process redesign support, training coordination, and end-user adoption.
