Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT, web, digital, or technology projects.
- Demonstrated experience working as a federal government contractor or direct employee of a U.S. federal agency.
- Demonstrated project management experience supporting public-facing federal .gov websites.
- Experience managing projects involving Drupal or Drupal-based content management systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Section 508 accessibility compliance and familiarity with WCAG standards.
- Experience managing web development, content management, website O&M, or digital modernization projects.
- Experience coordinating technical, content, accessibility, QA, security, and operational teams.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required federal Public Trust or suitability requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage federal web content management, website development, modernization, and operations and maintenance (O&M) projects.
- Lead projects supporting public-facing .gov websites and Drupal-based content management systems.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and performance measures.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Drupal/web developers, content specialists, Section 508/accessibility specialists, QA testers, infrastructure engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and business stakeholders.
- Manage website releases, enhancements, upgrades, migrations, patches, and production support activities.
- Ensure websites and digital content comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements and applicable WCAG standards.
- Serve as a primary interface with federal customer stakeholders, technical teams, contractor leadership, subcontractors, and vendors.
