Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum five years’ experience with installation, testing, validation, and troubleshooting of mechanical, controls, or electrical infrastructure.
- Knowledge of construction procedures, project management, and business resource allocation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Ability to work successfully in a remote environment with effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow company and site safety requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to rent vehicles.
- Must be located near a major airport.
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
Responsibilities
- Manage all elements of commissioning projects including initiation, resource forecasting, and scheduling.
- Perform QA/QC and ensure compliance with commissioning plans and specifications.
- Monitor project financials, including budgets, profitability, margins, and change orders.
- Maintain client relationships and assist with proposal and business development efforts.
- Perform on-site inspection, validation, functional testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Develop commissioning plans, pre-functional checklists, and functional performance test scripts.
- Review construction design documents, shop drawings, and sequences of operations.
