Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, project management, engineering, or information systems.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible project, program, operations, or management-consulting experience.
- 10+ years supporting Federal civilian, defense, intelligence, military, or comparable public-sector organizations.
- 10+ years leading complex projects, major workstreams, or multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and contract deliverables.
- Ability to advise senior Government leaders and translate complex information into decisions.
- Active Public Trust clearance required at the time of application.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead complex projects involving multiple workstreams and stakeholder organizations.
- Establish project management approaches, schedules, work breakdown structures, and quality controls.
- Manage project scope, cost, staffing, risks, and contract deliverables.
- Lead multidisciplinary Government and contractor teams, coordinating functional and technical specialists.
- Facilitate executive decision sessions, program reviews, and risk reviews.
- Develop executive briefings, decision papers, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress using tools like GitHub or Jira to ensure performance against baselines.
