Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
- 1-2 years of experience working with Agile methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience working as a consultant or in an agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple teams simultaneously (4-8 people per team).
- Experience managing distributed or remote team members.
- Experience delivering large-scale digital projects ($1MM+ budget, 9+ months duration).
- In-depth understanding of digital development processes and technologies.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and OpenAir or equivalent project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead and motivate diverse teams on various digital projects.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Function as a Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
- Monitor project health and report status to client and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary client contact to manage expectations and ensure project success.
- Leverage OpenAir and Jira to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Client Service Executives and Business Development to scope new opportunities.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance delivery efficiency.
