Requirements
- Previous experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Specialist, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Experience recruiting for roles across multiple industries and job functions.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools.
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th gen), Intel Core i3 (10th gen), or AMD Ryzen 5 processor and 8 GB RAM.
- Functional backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance that is functional during power interruptions.
- Dedicated home office space with a functioning webcam and noise-canceling USB headset.
- Smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities for multiple roles across different industries and job functions.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, professional networks, and referrals.
- Review resumes and applications against job requirements to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate experience, skills, and overall role fit.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active and upcoming hiring needs.
- Coordinate candidate endorsements and next steps with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate statuses, interview notes, and recruitment activity in the ATS.
- Provide timely follow-ups and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prioritize hiring needs and adjust sourcing or screening strategies as necessary.
