- Ability to read code and specifications to predict production outcomes.
- Proficiency in building small automations and scripts to solve technical problems.
- Highly organized with experience managing backlogs, risks, and multiple clients simultaneously.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, especially for delivering difficult news.
- Daily fluency in AI tools to draft, build, and verify work output.
- Ability to make priority calls under pressure and take ownership of the outcomes.
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and personal laptop.
- Must be available for 7 to 8 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time (9am to 6pm ET).
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Build working automations and scripts to solve problems efficiently.
- Read code and specs to proactively identify potential production issues.
- Manage complex backlogs, risk lists, and overlapping client deadlines.
- Triage incoming requests and prioritize work effectively.
- Communicate status, risks, and updates clearly and honestly to clients in writing and speaking.
- Conduct client calls and team standups within the US Eastern time zone.
- Own the end-to-end delivery plan including sequencing, dependencies, and timelines.
- Unblock technical team decisions and take ownership of those calls.
- Escalate risks immediately to prevent project delays.
- Define clear completion criteria for deliverables before engineering begins.
