Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project / Program Management within a consulting environment.
- Deep knowledge in at least one of these technologies: NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Five9, or Amazon Connect.
- Experience delivering digital transformation projects.
- Proven experience leading large enterprise client projects valued between $20,000 - $250,000.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects following waterfall, agile/scrum, and hybrid methodologies.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- PMP or other Project Management Certification strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned clients.
- Provide technical expertise and project status updates to leadership.
- Lead the overall implementation of client projects with team sizes from 3 to 10 people.
- Facilitate project management tasks including communication planning, meetings, tracking, reporting, and functional documentation.
- Deliver weekly status reports to client stakeholders, delivery management, and the account team.
- Identify and mitigate high-level project risks, assumptions, and constraints.
- Review project invoices for accuracy.
- Develop work plans and assign duties to meet project objectives.
- Enhance software written in CXone Studio and perform coding and testing.
