Requirements
- Hands-on AccuLynx proficiency with ability to navigate efficiently without training.
- Project management experience in roofing, exterior contracting, or closely related construction trade.
- High level of organization with ability to manage a high volume of active jobs simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving ability with a focus on identifying and resolving stalled tasks.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with direct accountability to leadership.
- Experience managing insurance restoration jobs in AccuLynx preferred.
- Familiarity with AccuLynx reporting, job stage customization, and workflow automation preferred.
- Experience with SmarterDocs or related contract/document tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage active jobs in AccuLynx from initial creation through production scheduling, milestone tracking, and project close.
- Maintain current, accurate, and complete job records including statuses, notes, photos, and documentation.
- Monitor pipeline to identify stalled, overdue, or at-risk jobs and resolve issues proactively.
- Coordinate project timelines, including inspections, material deliveries, and crew assignments.
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer communications and status updates.
- Track insurance claim details, adjuster assignments, and supplement status within the platform.
- Generate and review reports to provide leadership with visibility into pipeline status and production volume.
