Requirements
- Confirmed availability to work a Wednesday-Sunday schedule, 9am-6pm UTC+1.
- 5+ years of previous experience in Localization and Project Management.
- Demonstrated history of being a self-driven, outcome-oriented professional.
- Proven localization and internationalization knowledge.
- Proficiency in localization processes and technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Experience navigating environments with ambiguity and fluidity.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage projects for all service types based on agreed-upon processes, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and budget-compliant delivery.
- Provide high-level support to clients and linguists, addressing questions and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues to maintain client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact during weekend coverage (Saturday-Sunday), managing project execution independently to ensure service continuity.
- Make autonomous decisions to unblock deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
