Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing or supporting IT projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an Agile software development environment.
- Hold an advanced project management certification (e.g. PM², PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PMBOK or equivalent).
- Strong theoretical knowledge of Scrum, including roles, ceremonies, and artefacts.
- Experience as a coach or trainer.
- Minimum 3 years of experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Query.
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Minimum 3 years of experience using Jira.
- Minimum 3 years of experience administering Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience using the Microsoft 365 toolset, including Excel.
Responsibilities
- Assess projects' maturity against chosen methodologies and provide guidance for compliance.
- Maintain custom PPMO tooling including Power BI, Power Automate, Jira, and SharePoint.
- Provide guidance to teams on implementing management methodologies and review deliverables.
- Support Project Managers in complying with IT Governance rules.
- Participate in reviews of estimated costs, timescales, and resource requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, tracking activities and providing regular reports.
- Monitor costs, timescales, and resources, and review actions for deviations.
- Define and manage change control procedures and secure project sponsor agreement.
