Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on professional experience leading and delivering projects using structured frameworks.
- Minimum 2 years of formal instructional or corporate training experience in project management.
- Active PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification or Accredited PRINCE2 Trainer status with PeopleCert.
- Ability to deliver training sessions virtually and travel onsite as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet and professional home office setup for virtual delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional project management certifications such as PRINCE2 Agile, PMP, or MSP are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live instructor-led PRINCE2 training sessions in both virtual and in-person settings for enterprise clients.
- Facilitate real-world case studies, exam preparation exercises, and interactive discussions to reinforce PRINCE2 principles.
- Customize delivery and scenario work based on audience maturity, organizational needs, and specific client goals.
- Stay current on PRINCE2 syllabus updates, PeopleCert standards, and project management best practices.
- Represent Pluralsight professionally while creating an engaging, inclusive, and high-energy learning environment.
- Actively monitor the Instructor Portal to manage class opportunities and communicate with project managers.
