- 4-year college curriculum with 8 years clinical research experience as a clinical research associate OR Equivalent education/training and 10 years clinical research experience as a clinical research associate. At least 2 years of management experience.

Requirements
- 4-year college degree in a biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or related science field.
- 8 years of clinical research experience as a clinical research associate (if degree holder) or 10 years (if using equivalent education/training).
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- Experience with CNS trials is required.
- Broad protocol and therapeutic knowledge.
- Comprehensive global knowledge of the biopharma industry, drug development, and operational clinical trial delivery.
- Innovative and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Experienced problem solving and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic and operational expertise throughout the program/project delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Therapeutic team to provide effective delivery strategies and solutions for Franchise projects and programs.
- Present at Proposal Defense or client meetings as needed to support new or ongoing business.
- Ensure LCRAs are trained to support the clinical scope of work (SOP review, QI/CAPA understanding, Clinical Monitoring Plan).
- Coordinate and collaborate with Worldwide Global Quality Assurance to provide training opportunities identified in CAPA information.
- Coordinate efforts between Project Management, Site Management, and Study Start Up.
- Establish regular communication to monitor quality metrics and overall project health.
- Conduct performance appraisals for direct reports.
