Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in medium or large technological projects.
- Experience in ERP projects (development, improvements, or optimization).
- Knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain processes.
- Experience in Vendor Management and Service Delivery Oversight.
- Experience in project financial management: budget, forecasting, and variance management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a PMO environment.
- Proficiency in executive-level reporting.
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Fluency in Dutch (B1 level minimum) – mandatory requirement.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an asset.
- Experience in retail, distribution, or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects focused on ERP development and optimization.
- Coordinate cooperation between business stakeholders, internal IT, and external vendors.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and dependencies.
- Plan resources and oversee change management and governance.
- Control budget, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate multiple project streams simultaneously.
- Prepare status reports for executive management.
- Support initiatives in enterprise reporting, analytics, and data integration.
