Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in senior project or project management roles.
  • Demonstrable experience leading large-scale enterprise technology transformation projects.
  • Experience operating within complex, global, matrix-managed organisations.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of existing projects and rapidly establish delivery control and governance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior business and technology leadership.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with complex interdependencies.
  • Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Proficiency in Agile and project management methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, AgilePM, or equivalent (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of organisational change and transition management practices (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain project governance, planning, reporting, and delivery controls.
  • Lead project delivery across multiple workstreams and globally distributed teams.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and actions.
  • Manage project mobilisation and ongoing agile delivery activities.
  • Coordinate business, technology, operational teams, third-party suppliers, and delivery partners.
  • Provide regular status reporting and executive-level updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Manage project finances, forecasts, resource planning, and budget tracking.
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, decision-making, escalation management, and issue resolution.
  • Support organisational change, operational readiness, service transition, and project handover.
  • Ensure project outcomes remain aligned with agreed business objectives and programme priorities.
