Requirements
- 10+ years of proven Project Management experience within complex, multinational organisations.
- Strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a thorough understanding of sector-specific regulations and requirements, including GxP.
- Proven track record of building and implementing project frameworks from the ground up.
- Strong proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at different organisational levels.
- Experience working with diverse, international teams and strong cultural awareness.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Relevant Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies before issues materialise.
- Build and implement effective project frameworks, processes, and ways of working.
- Coordinate and collaborate with diverse, global stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and seamless delivery across borders.
- Navigate multinational regulatory frameworks, with a particular focus on pharmaceutical compliance and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement, efficiencies, and innovative solutions across project teams.
- Mentor and support project teams, fostering ownership and accountability.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, scope, and delivery.
- Champion a safety-first approach and ensure high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
