Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing enterprise software delivery.
- Minimum of 2 years leading projects of a comparable scale.
- Proven end-to-end ownership of project scope, schedule, budget and delivery margin.
- Experience across both fixed-price and time-and-materials engagements.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and delivery practices.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions in cloud, .NET, Java or data engineering.
- Experience contributing to bids and proposals including effort estimates and staffing plans.
- Excellent English skills at C1 level.
- Confidence in using AI tools to support project management activities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects in line with the agreed scope, budget, quality standards and target margin.
- Lead project planning and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies.
- Own day-to-day communication with the client’s delivery stakeholders, escalating commercial matters to the Program Manager when needed.
- Provide regular updates on delivery progress, budget utilisation and financial forecasts.
- Support offer preparation by contributing project estimates, delivery models and key risk assumptions.
