Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT project or program management.
- Experience leading projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and container environments.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and REST API integration.
- Experience working with development teams and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Very good knowledge of the English language.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, or GitLab CI (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of a program involving multiple technology teams.
- Coordinate the full software development lifecycle in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily, Sprint Planning, Refinement, and Retrospective.
- Plan and monitor sprint schedules and product releases.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential blockers affecting project delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, development teams, and external partners.
- Monitor progress and resource allocation.
- Participate in technical discussions regarding cloud solutions, Kubernetes, and microservice architecture.
- Report project status and communicate with key stakeholders.
