Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
- Experience in AI/ML, platform infrastructure, or developer tooling preferred.
- Track record of running complex programs with multi-team dependencies and external deadlines.
- Genuine technical fluency, including reading system architecture, APIs, and integration design.
- Strong ability to translate complex engineering reality for non-technical stakeholders.
- Structured thinker capable of writing clear documentation and frameworks.
- Ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of an organization.
- Experience in a high-growth scale-up environment is a bonus.
- Engineering background is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Establish the operating cadence and minimum viable structure for product and engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain workback plans, dependency maps, and trackers for releases, integrations, and technical migrations.
- Drive cross-team programs from scoping to delivery, managing schedules, trade-offs, and communications.
- Surface technical and timeline risks early and enforce readiness gates before external commitments.
- Act as a first responder for incidents and client interrupts to protect engineering teams from mid-flow disruptions.
- Support engineering and product leads in tracking and reporting OKRs.
