Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, or Change Management.
- Demonstrated experience leading large organisation-wide programmes.
- Deep knowledge of programme delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Experience managing cross-departmental processes and aligning multiple stakeholders.
- Technical literacy with API platforms to engage with engineering teams.
- Proven track record of leading projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience operating in a high-growth company environment.
- Business-related degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, monitor, and report on programme status across enterprise initiatives and external partner engagements.
- Lead project planning, develop schedules, adhere to milestones, and keep teams aligned across concurrent workstreams.
- Design and implement scalable processes to support organisational growth across Product, Engineering, and UX.
- Identify risk factors, develop and execute mitigation plans, and resolve cross-functional issues.
- Drive regular status updates for senior leadership and executives to ensure transparency.
- Facilitate open communication among teams with differing working styles to maintain alignment.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and data management activities with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Operate programme management tools, software platforms, and internal systems to support delivery.
