Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, or Change Management.
- Demonstrated experience leading large organisation-wide programmes.
- Deep knowledge of programme delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Experience managing cross-departmental processes and aligning multiple stakeholders.
- Technical literacy with API platforms to engage with engineering teams.
- Proven track record of leading successful projects from initiation through to completion.
- Critical problem-solving skills and independent judgement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience operating in a high-growth company environment.
- Business-related degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, monitor, and report on programme status across enterprise initiatives and external partner engagements.
- Lead project planning, develop schedules, and ensure adherence to milestones across concurrent workstreams.
- Design and implement scalable processes that support the organisation's rapid growth.
- Recognise and prioritise issues, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive resolution.
- Identify risk factors and develop/execute mitigation plans.
- Drive regular status updates across stakeholder groups, including senior leadership and executives.
- Facilitate open communication among teams with differing working styles and personalities.
- Manage program-related documentation and project management systems.
