Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise technology deployments.
- Practical, hands-on experience with Planview.
- Practical, hands-on experience with Broadcom Clarity.
- Experience in projects related to PMO, portfolio management, or work intake transformation.
- Extensive experience managing senior and executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing implementation partners, vendors, and suppliers.
- Proven track record in leading large organizational and process transformations.
- Ability to manage programs covering multiple parallel workstreams.
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program migration from Planview to Broadcom ValueOps, including Clarity, ConnectALL, and Rally.
- Manage integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resources.
- Lead governance reviews, steering committees, and status reporting for executive management.
- Coordinate multiple parallel business and IT workstreams.
- Manage implementation partners, vendors, and external teams.
- Conduct workshops for target processes and portfolio management transformation.
- Manage stakeholders, organizational readiness, and adoption planning for new processes.
- Support the implementation of new governance models and hybrid financing.
