- Proven experience within the data center build environment.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and relevant safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to assess risks, implement solutions, and enforce safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel 75% to 100% of the time to various sites.
- Ability to complete ongoing security awareness training.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and enforce corrective measures.
- Develop comprehensive safety plans tailored to the unique needs of each data center site.
- Create and present weekly safety training seminars, including developing curriculum and materials.
- Collaborate with onsite teams to foster a safety-first culture.
- Ensure all team members understand and adhere to safety policies and protocols.
- Stay updated on OSHA standards and other safety regulations, ensuring compliance.
- Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all safety-related activities, including training logs, inspection reports, and safety audits.
