- Proven experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
- Comfortable leading difficult conversations and holding self and others accountable.

- Proactive problem-solving abilities and ability to take ownership.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use KPIs to guide decisions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment as a self-starter.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of gym owner clients via Slack, Zoom, phone, and email.
- Run weekly coaching calls to identify bottlenecks and improve client performance.
- Review KPIs and performance data to diagnose issues and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Hold clients accountable to defined actions and conduct necessary, difficult conversations.
- Identify churn risks early and proactively solve problems.
- Manage the end-to-end client journey from onboarding through long-term retention.
- Acquire referrals, reviews, testimonials, and success stories from clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to improve client experience.
