Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a related field.
  • Basic familiarity with medical billing terminology and healthcare revenue cycle processes.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, accounting, and/or finance.
  • Proven leadership and management capabilities, including the ability to motivate team members and establish expectations.
  • Strong customer service and client-facing skills with the ability to communicate tactfully.
  • Strong presentation development and delivery skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and revenue cycle management or equivalent workflow management software.
  • Ability to understand and apply applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely follow-up.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address concerns, and maintain strong satisfaction.
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain action-item logs.
  • Review operational data and monitor workflow activities to ensure processes and deliverables are completed accurately.
  • Analyze Client Success metrics, prepare performance reports, and use escalation processes to resolve concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis and client feedback.
  • Support new client implementations, ensuring requirements, workflows, and operational activities are coordinated.
  • Provide oversight, mentorship, and professional development support to assigned Client Success team members.
