Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, horticulture, or landscape architecture.
- Comfortable reading site plans, specs, and property details.
- Ability to translate property details into accurate scope and cost estimates.
- Strong written and spoken English at a professional business level.
- Availability to work core U.S. business hours.
- Comfortable working with a performance/quota component.
- Experience with commercial landscaping or maintenance contracts is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of estimating software, CRM systems, or design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a strong plus.
- Education in architecture, landscape architecture, or design is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Review site plans, specs, and photos to scope landscaping and maintenance work accurately.
- Build cost estimates covering materials, plants, labor, equipment, and timelines.
- Turn quote requests into delivered proposals within 72 hours.
- Track all estimates from request to delivery and follow-up within the CRM.
- Provide landscape design judgment regarding plant selection and layout logic.
- Flag inconsistencies in scope or missing details for client proposals.
- Support site visits by preparing property research, past scope data, and photos.
- Coordinate with onsite sales, estimators, and field leadership.
