- 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing.
- At least 2 years leading or managing marketing teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven experience developing and executing outbound strategies, particularly through cold email and LinkedIn.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion funnels, performance marketing, and digital growth strategies.
- Ability to build reports that translate marketing metrics into clear business narratives.
- Strong client-facing communication and consulting skills.
- Advanced or bilingual English communication skills.
- Experience working with B2B, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital agency environments is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead and organize the marketing team's workloads, priorities, deliverables, and performance across multiple client accounts.
- Provide strategic direction, feedback, and coaching to marketing specialists.
- Review campaign work, identify potential issues proactively, and ensure deliverables meet quality and client expectations.
- Make strategic decisions regarding channel mix, priorities, resource allocation, and campaign direction.
- Serve as the strategic point of contact for clients, building trusted and long-term relationships.
- Present campaign results, business insights, and strategic recommendations in a clear and compelling way.
- Oversee strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, cold email, LinkedIn and LinkedIn outreach, CRM, and marketing automation.
