Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, horticulture, or landscape architecture.
- Ability to read site plans, specs, and property details and translate them into scope and cost.
- Strong written and spoken English at a professional business level.
- Ability to work core U.S. business hours.
- Willingness to work with a performance/quota component.
- Architecture, landscape architecture, or design education is a strong plus.
- Experience with commercial landscaping or maintenance contracts.
- Experience with estimating software, CRM systems, or design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
Responsibilities
- Review site plans, specs, and photos to scope landscaping and maintenance work accurately.
- Build cost estimates covering materials, plants, labor, equipment, and timelines.
- Turn quote requests into delivered proposals within 72 hours.
- Track every estimate from request to delivery and follow-up in the CRM.
- Provide design judgment on plant selection and layout logic for proposals.
- Flag inconsistencies in scope or missing details before client presentation.
- Coordinate with onsite sales, estimators, and field leadership.
- Support site visits by preparing property research, past scope, and photos.
