Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in IT administration, senior IT support, or junior IT management.
- Hands-on experience administering and deploying MDM solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, Jamf, FleetDM).
- Strong foundation in AI tools and ability to translate capabilities into operational tasks.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Ability to work full-time hours aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including VPNs and firewalls.
- Proficiency with enterprise cloud applications like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Proactive ability to manage daily operations independently and prioritize tasks.
- Exposure to security compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, ITIL, Microsoft/Jamf) are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Research, test, and implement AI tools to boost team efficiency while enforcing safe usage guidelines.
- Administer MDM solutions including device provisioning, policy enforcement, and software deployment.
- Support security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 through internal audits and documentation.
- Manage daily IT operations including support escalations, onboarding/offboarding, and project execution.
- Refine systems, automate workflows, and create knowledge-base documentation for the remote team.
